Oh, yay! I don't know how I'll know which ones have Daiya and which still have mystery cheese, but good to know I can eventually buy them again. Also I looked at fb- people were complaining about titanium dioxide? Gah. It's like those angry Amazon reviews on vegan cookbooks because some recipes call for oil or sugar or like, canned tomatoes. Settle down, folks.

Oh, dude. I ate a huge tofu scramble this weekend and was being the absolute stinkiest at my boyfriend's house. Although, to be fair, one night his toots smelled so bad that I was convinced he shiitake the bed.

It's not even just gas as in farting. It bloats me and just gives me a massive amount of pain and I feel bad for days. It's terrible because I love daiya but it hurts so much. It's kind of funny in the sense that I was born lactose intolerant and here I am getting relatively similar symptoms from vegan cheese.

The only common ingredients I see are canola oil, natural vegan flavors, and xanthan gum. I know a lot of people can't tolerate xanthan gum, perhaps that's it?

I don't know, I probably eat xanthan gum in other foods, too.

Nice try in avoiding titanium dioxide. That is in everything from paper to m&ms. This stuff just makes me think of dihydrogen monoxide warning posters.

Are pet ducks really a thing? I've never even heard of this.

Yeah, bread doesn't have any nutritional value for birds. Better to feed them birdseed.

Soft breads can also become impacted and then swell in their crops. Toasted whole grain bread is ok in small amounts. Birds usually really like it.

Molly and the macaw love their afternoon peanut butter and jelly toast. They are all alert waiting for it around 4pm. As soon as Molly hears the toaster pop, she starts bouncing up and down. Molly eats her whole piece in little nibbles. The macaw licks off the jelly, then licks off the peanut butter, then takes a few bites of toast and then drops the rest. Then greedy Molly goes and scavenges his dropped toast.

I'll try next toast time. The macaw makes cute smacky beak sounds.

I typed in "g-e-e-s-e" and it changed it to "gooses." I went back to edit, it shows up as "g-e-e-s-e" but then posts as "gooses."

Ignore the dashes, it keeps changing without them.
Weird.

Oh noes! I can't get to a store that carries them (because WF doesn't here) until Sunday. I needs my yogurt. My husband thinks the coconut yogurt is 'funny' but he'll eat it for now.

Not having Whole Soy actually made me realize that I kind of like the coconut and almond ones. But only the vanilla. And they don't make a big container of plain unsweetened.

Everyone knows only teenage girls are empty-headed and silly enough to go through ridiculous phases where they think caring about anyone but themselves is important. But then they grow out of it and become thoughtless, selfish jerks, just like Mom, Dad, and carnivorous, pigskin-tossing older brother, Biff. *Tee-hee!*

WholeSoy had to switch co-packers with minimal notice so there was a production delay. Now Amande just needs to come back (OMG where are you getting almond yogurt right now?!?) and I'm a happy camper.

I love the gooses thing. That actually made me laugh. Someone is having fun with the word-sub thingy.

I think I will get a pet duck for Lexi to play with.

I was also perplexed by this, since I'd seen it in a few different places on the boards.

Yes! Now I know it's on purpose (and beyond the poster's control: mwahahahaha!), I am completely in favor!
