I'm actually dressing up this year. This is rare!
We are going to a party where everyone is to be dressed up as a Wes Anderson film character. Except us. My boyfriend and I are going to be a cat (me) and a scratching post (him), who play the Statler and Waldorf-esque commentary of all the films being celebrated. I'm still looking for more layers of complexity.

I had a feeling that one would blow up. Ok I'm going to wear tap shoes with it.

I decided on a costume! I already bought a similar-ish gray jacket, purple ribbon, and fake flowers. Now I just have to print out the USA patches to tape on the jacket and make a fake medal. My face is going to hurt from imitating that expression all day.

I'm thinking either Bjork in the swan dress or the murderous new wife candidate from Audition.

Another Halloween party. I think I'm switching the costume up if I go anywhere else. My trash kept falling off.

OMG creep. Awesome. I'm so creeped out by your costume. (Although the only thing that really scares me is Javier Bardem as Chigurh.)

That is crazysauce! At any rate, ours are going to be way awesomer, right? Mine's about half done, will probably be putting the finishing touches on it on Saturday right before the party! Just like last year.... I'm actually most excited about my dog's nyancat costume. I've been working on it for over a month off and on and it's going to be SO. CUTE.

Neither is very exciting, but I have the means of clothes and accessories for both already! Go as Poison Ivy! Or, Mary Jane from Spider Man. I did that one year. I have the same hair issue! Dress up as Merida! you would need a cloak and a bow.

No creep, you can not stop being crack fox! Your costume rules the universe! Just staple or sew your garbage on so it won't fall off!

I had it safety pinned, but it kept tearing out of the pin. I pretty much just left a trail of garbage behind me all night long. I should've taken a picture of the Captain Crunch cereal box on my back... my pride and joy.

I threw together a Madeline costume with a dress I already had, a hat and a scarf...my hair is red right now but I wish it were long still! Oh well, I don't want to wear a wig.
