So, so tired. Between going to bed late, getting woken up in the middle of the night by shouting neighbors, having to get up before dawn for a coached workout, and a really intense tempo/threshhold cycling workout, I am just wrecked. I'm not a good napper (they just make me groggy and unmotivated) so I am going to power through. But man... Oh, and my legs are burning. But I'm happy/content, too.

I'm another tired one. But I don't even have good reasons. I was at a party last night, but got home at a reasonable hour and slept pretty well and didn't have to get up very early. Still, I failed to ever feel awake today.

I stayed in bed most of the weekend, and had to talk myself into making a trip to get groceries this evening. I didn't want to go during the day because I feel overwhelmed being near crowds. Not sure if it's SAD or just plain ol' depression and anxiety. I did feel a bit better after going out.

I felt like complete shiitake all day, depressed and both physically and mentally exhausted. Now that it's the middle of the night, I am wide awake and feeling fine. What the fork, self. Oh well, at least I was able to get my homework done before Sandy takes away my power!

Productive! I conquered the mountain of dishes in my kitchen, cleaned the bathroom, vacuumed, did laundry, exercised, and even went into work for a couple of hours despite it supposedly being my day off. Yay me!

Sick. Too much end of MoFo baking, and not enough food that isn't sugar.

And I thought I was the only one! I don't like crowds either - one reason why I go to Wegmans on Sunday afternoon, and quit shopping at the commissary (I"m a vet). Just don't like crowds at all. I feel for you and anyone else who doesn't like being packed into places like, oh, a crate of avocados.

I think it's the pasta and beans that are getting to me...I've only made one or two dessert items.

Cold. I forget how cold it is in this house in the winter and that my boss is a tight arse who never switches on her heating! I need to buy some jumpers I guess.

A little sneezy and sniffly, but I will not get a cold. Also a little sore from two hard workout days in a row. The sneezing is hurting my poor abs and obliques.

I think it's time for a PPK field trip to CQ's house for snuggles, maple-garlic green beans, and cookie dough candy balls!
