I pre-rinsed a batch of quinoa to cook at a later date and stored it in a tupperware, where half of it turned brown. (I'm assuming it has gone bad?) What's the best way to pre-rinse large quantities and store for later? Any tips appreciated. Thanks!

If you need to make quinoa faster to make you could cook a large batch and freeze it.

Freezer? Or just buy pre-rinsed quinoa. Or only rinse it when you actually plan to cook it soon after.

Not helpful at all, but I read the thread topic as "pre-rinsing quinoa in a large bath" and just pictured a bathtub full of soaking quinoa.
