I have a date tonight! 90% of out communication so far has been pick up lines with pokémon puns in.

"I'm gonna Rhydon your Cubone."

"You must be an elixir, because you make my PP go right up."

"If you don't stop, I won't just Squirtle, I'll Camerupt!"

Two of my friends have formed an "Emergency Committee" whereby they look at the profiles of guys I'm interested in and give approval. It's fun!

After much, much deliberation, I finally have an OKC account. I feel a little vindicated that there are no awesome veg* matches near me (and hardly any vegans), because, hey!, that means I'm not missing out on awesome people nearby. At the same time, what a bummer, there are no awesome veg* people nearby.

Totally had sex with the guy I met on OKC and IT WAS SO BOMB. Best first time sex I've ever had.

When I first moved to Albany last year, I had a crush on the librarian who signed me up for my library card. Mostly because he was cute and nerdy and asked lots of questions about my book club. But I soon dropped it because I suspected he was pretty young.

Welllllll, a few days ago, HE SENT ME AN OKC MESSAGE! we've been trading messages ever since, and he seems pretty cool. I was right though-- he is 10 years younger than me. So, maybe we'll hang out and be buddies, but that's probably it.

I had opportunistic, awkward sex with a guy off PoF. It was okay.

I thought y'all might like this one - this comes from a UK site designed for folks who are into countryside/rural living. This gem comes from this particular guy's set of 'dislikes':

"My dislikes
Bullying , abusive toxic behaviour . Women who smoke in my car . Clowns .Drips .Litterbugs , Pippa Middleton .RSPCA , RSPB ."

Mmmm, lovely!

I think he means drips like this: "2. (Informal) weakling, wet (Brit. informal), weed (informal), softie (informal), pussycat (Brit. informal), mummy's boy (informal), namby-pamby, ninny, milksop The kid is a drip!"

Which must mean he is ALL MAN or at least too manly for Pippa.

Obviously! When OKC gives you flirtatious Sanskrit, you gotta flirt back. (In English, because it didn't accept Devanagari, and my transliterations suck.)

Well, I just went for a dog-walk and a drink with a guy, and it was so natural and so enjoyable that I really want to see him again.

The only potential problem is that he's forty. And I'm twenty-seven. I mean, it's not the end of the world at all, but I've never been out with anyone more than three years older than me before, and while I have friends ranging from teens to retirement age, it's different. He's only seven years younger than my mother.

But he is so forking hot that I might just try and tap dat asparagus all the same.

Men in their 40s are hottttttt. (I'm sure women are, too, I'm just more attracted to men!)
