Ugh. I've been seeing some similarly offensive bs at school-work lately.

For some context:

This place was recently voted DC's douchiest bar, and basically serves GWU students. Probably the worst thing I've seen here.

Also

"A INDIAN"?

why would a bar be promoting either partying like a pilgrim OR like a native american? one abstains and the other is often plagued with alcoholism. :-(

Even their grammar is bad.

Of course, this is DC, where hell will freeze over before they do the decent thing and change the name of the Redskins.

Last time I partied like a pilgrim it was crazy. We raised like 3 barns and re-shoed a dozen horses. Woke up in Goody Thompson's hayloft.

I keep clicking back on this thread hoping that this time, maybe, just maybe the poster will make some sort of sense. It doesn't.

My thoughts exactly.

Also, from a design perspective, that is a terrible poster.

Is that a Plains chief partying with the Pilgrim from New England? I thought only the Plains tribes wore the feather headdresses. (Feel free to correct me if I'm misinformed.)

This is atrocious. On all levels. Wow.
