How do you list it in your resume? I'm struggling here...

I compile, check and enter service stats for the entire program every month as well as the quarterly stats.

We like to use the word 'metrics' but I'm not sure if you mean something more involved than compiling the data and converting it into a concise, readable form. Like "Compile monthly and quarterly metrics" type thing?

What linanil said. Or "Process statistical data monthly and quarterly".

Do you just plug in numbers on a spreadsheet or do you also gather the data and then analyze it?

What stats do you mean exactly? Reporting or actual statistics?

For example, I am in marketing, and I do regular performance reporting on all of my marketing programs.

I literally say this: "Conduct monthly and bi-monthly reporting on performance of all marketing programs and activities"

I have had a ton of interviews lately, and a couple of employers have been very interesting in my reporting experience, so that line must be working!

Yeah and for us, your line would look something like "conduct monthly and bi-monthly performance metrics..." (they do really like the word metrics for some reason)

Yep, I'd go with "metrics". To me "stats" means running statistical tests on data you've gathered and rejecting various null hypotheses (which is what I do for a living).

I feel like this makes the most sense.

Basically what I do is compile, check, and then enter the statistics for all contact with clients, what kind of files we're getting (e.g. partner abuse vs. criminal harassment vs. sexual assault, etc), demographics of the clients we're working with, etc. These statistics go to our funders to justify the pittance we receive.

I want to hijack your thread and as for stats help...but I won't.

But for what you do, I would adjust the wording depending on where you apply. Like if demographics were important, I would stress that. I would definitely play up the importance of your work on getting funding!

This. At first I saw this thread title and I was like, "Yay!! Stats geek thread!!" (thinking this would be a place to talk about statistical tests).

In a job I had with the type of reporting you are talking about, we called them metrics.
