i was reading a great blog by Ginny Messina and she links to another blog i had heard of but not read. so i read the post she references specifically and i want to kiss the blog post.
it sums up everything i feel about the whole "oil is evil" or "ermagherd gluten will kill you" or "i was a vegan but my body NEEDED meat" stuff.
