Interesting, I am a Christmas baby and so is my cousin. My grandpa was born the day after Christmas, I guess we are rare!

I think (my monitor is kind of shitty) I'm the fourth most common shade in February - so not that common?
Counting back and taking into account that I was a premie, my parents were getting it on in July. It got up to ~40 degrees C in summer where they lived at the time! What the actual fork.

Lots of inductions and caesareans are scheduled for before or just after Christmas and any other holiday, which would explain the low numbers around Christmas - Christmas is special because it is always the same date. Also the July 4-5 blip. One of my kids was born on Good Friday in a very Catholic town. When I went into the hospital on Thursday night the maternity wing was full and the next day was almost empty.

Not very common (February 4). And Common, born March 13, 1972, is actually entirely uncommon according to this chart.

Yeah, I thought that would be a more common birthdate, based on the amount of us on here! I guess people born on March 2 are just more likely to be vegans and join the ppk. Because we are awesome.

before looking at the chart i would have said uncommon as i only know one other person with my birthday (10/6) and im usually the only October baby i know. most people i know are all clustered in June and July but this chart says my bday is relatively common.
where are you 10/6 babies?!?!? ive never met you!
if my baby is actually born on its due date (5/2) it will be rather uncommon. i guess that makes me weird.

i'm pretty uncommon. my sister's birthday is november 14th (9 months after valentine's day!), but it's not super common. i guess that proves that kay jewelers are the only ones who actually care about valentines.

If I ever have a baby I'll be aiming for a January due date and potentially a single room on the maternity ward.

well it was fun while it lasted. yeah it seems the colors on the chart are not directly related to number of birthdays on each day. The # of births on each date was just ranked 1-365 and then assigned shades descending from black to grey. If you look at the data at the link, all dates are really quite similar in # of births... which makes sense.

If you were born on July 1 or October 1, just say you were born on June 31, or September 31 and that way you can be really uncommon! And March 1 or 2s were born on February 30 and 31. And so on. And if you're birthday's February 19 your birthday can really be, like, January 50th, if you want. Woo hoo! Take that, astrologers. We'll need some new horoscopes.

I'm surprised August 22nd isn't more common. I know 10 people born on that day. And I only know like 14 people total so that's a lot.
