In order from newest to oldest.

- I drink. A lot.
- I've dated three guys within the last two weeks.
- My last relationship lasted 10 months. We lived together. He recently moved out.
- I'm on disability from the farm. My psychiatrist doesn't want me to go back. I started falling apart and crying every day, to the point where I couldn't even do my job.
- I tried to kill myself as a result. That's why I'm on disability.
- I think I was still working at the local humane society the last time I was here. They fired me when I turned in my disability notice. I filed a claim with the EEOC and won. I received compensation. That money is all gone. I spent a little on myself, but the rest went to care for my cats and donations. I set some aside for a new car. My car currently has 296,000 miles on it.
- Last year, I checked myself into behavioral health because I wanted to kill myself. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder II. I've been struggling off and on my whole life, but things have gotten worse over the last 3 years. I take my medications like a good girl. Drinking doesn't help, but I'm not ready to be sober yet. I've had a couple of attempts to quit though, and did well.

That's most of it. It's been a strange 3 years. But I'm certainly doing better since my last post on here.

Oh, and I lost one of my cats last October. Mufasa. He was wonderful, and I miss him all the time. I buried him at quagga's house.

Big hugs, Walrus. I am sorry you've been having a hard time, and I am glad you are getting help and being kind to yourself. For what it's worth, all those years I read the PPK I always admired you and the work you did for the animals. It wasn't an easy job.

Walrus, I was diagnosed with bipolar last summer. I'm here if you ever want to talk about it. I'm sorry for everything you've been through these past years, but I'm happy that you have survived and that you are getting treatment.

I'm sorry things are so down for you right now. Big hugs and I hope things start improving.

Walrus! I'd wondered where you were. I'm sorry all that bad stuff happened. I hope everything gets better and better for you!

Oh! Things are not terribly down right now, although I have bad days here and there. No suicidal thoughts to speak of, thank goodness.
