I learned from the ppk to do half black/half pinto. Genius!

I'm glad the tofu is nation-wide! I think it's pretty popular among omnis. Didn't they say it's already like 3% of sales (when it was in CA)?

Avocados are the one thing in the grocery store that I will always buy regardless of cost. Other produce items I can live without or buy a cheaper sub. I think I've actually paid $3.50 for a single avocado before.

I never think of them when thinking of my favorite foods, but they should be high on the list. I'm eating one now (on a whole wheat and tofurkey sandwich.)

I had the sofritas today for the first time! They were awesome. The texture reminds me if when I crumble tofu and bake it so it gets nice and chewy to add to a pot of chili.

I had the sofrita today and didn't really like it! I'm glad it exists though and that a lot of people seem to like it. I hope it's here to stay.

I had it this weekend (again) and loved it (again). I am super happy it's spreading out.

I had it the other day (my first visit to Chipotle) and it was good but far inferior to the local burrito place that's sort of on my way home from work. But so awesome to have tofu at a national chain!

I went to Chipotle today and they gave me a coupon for a free sofritas burrito!!!! Don't know how long they're giving them out, but thought you should all know.
