I love the PPK 100. Reading it's kept me entertained today whilst I've been recovering from my wisdom tooth removal. I'm loving that I've tried loads of the stuff on the list. pandacookie wrote: mollyjade wrote: pandacookie wrote: I am preparing my bribes to get some goods flown in with the Austin contingent coming to Vida in May. Hint. Trader Joe's won't open here for a few months yet. I was going to propose homemade biscuits and gravy. Or possibly my award winning agave spice cookies with orange glaze. I don't know what I could smuggle over but I'd trade almost anything for another Capital City brownie!

Next year, it's going to be the PPK 20.

You're awesome! I like seeing the regional stuff separate so it's a section I can avoid when I'm feeling bitter and look at hopefully when I'm optimistic.

ooh, that's really cool!
I just noticed that me and eppy's dungeon master are in the Vegan Shop-Up picture sitting at the bar. That might actually be the time that I drank a whole bloody mary and immediately threw up. It was so spicy and pickle juice-y and whatever that I didn't really notice how much alcohol was in it. This is what happen when you try drinking like once every two years.

I've worked out that I've been to / tried / experienced 11 1/2 things from the list. My 1/2 is for composting because I'm a shitty composter! I'm extra excited about the rumour about Vedge looking for a location in London now and I'm also super excited about staying at The Wynn in September. Oh & I really need a vegan twix bar in my life.

Yes, I want to go stay at the Wynn and play poker. Having lived in Vegas though, definitely don't want near there in the summer. Red Rock Canyon would be nice to see again.

Does September count as summer? I'm guessing it does in Vegas! Is that because of the heat or just because it's busier & more hectic. We're planning on going midweek to avoid any extra weekend craziness!

Pssssst, there's a rumour that these just may be a part of the sundae bar at the gala. IT COULD HAPPEN. I cannot confirm yet. Furthermore, I know Julialegume feels exactly the same about said brownies.
