I love that you would include savoury donuts, because I sure like deep-fried dough but I'm not wild about dessert books (VPITS being the exception).

I actually had a vada for the first time on Friday and it was yum.

I LOVE the idea, but I'm totally intimidated by the thought of making donuts. If you were to include some good basics for donut novices along with the more fancy pants stuff, I would so buy this!

Some sneaky-peekies. Chocomg! Choc donut with ganache and Extra Grote Albert Heijn Hagelslag:  Jaffa Cake. Orange donut with candied peel and ganache:  Lemon Berry. Blueberry donut with lemon frosting:  I am also pleased to report that they froze beautifully and after a brief run in the microwave meant that I had warm donuts for breakfast this morning with no effort! More pics when I have something else tested. Mat.
