Only Paleo boogers. Vegan boogers are, of course, b12 deficient.

Well, you have to get them tested at Booger University.

This guy was suuuuper argumentative. It made the discussion flow, but I'm honestly curious whether he's a medical practitioner or just a researcher, and if the former is true, that he can separate his 'personality' from his practice. Too many doctors force feed diet info when they aren't actually sufficiently well-versed in all aspects of health, namely nutrition. I want to make a series of inappropriate jokes about his temperament, but I'll refrain so as not to tar Isa's name with my comments once he researches who she is, ha.

Also, T.Colin Campbell would have flipped the table over on Paleo in this conversation, so to speak, if he had come in with more time to. I like that he was able to balance some truth (like saying that yes, B12 serum levels are lower but that consequences are not typically rendered even so) with some of his own belief in the plant-based diet, which was nice. All in all, I think the evidence was more sound on the side of vegetarianism, but then I'm biased...

How awesome was it that Murali Doraiswamy, and the WSJ host, kept smiling at Isa's cat for the duration of his/her cameo.
