I am thankful that the mortars only resulted in minor injuries.
I am thankful for the Diet Dr. Pepper I found.
I am thankful for my good health.
I am thankful for all the kind people I have met through the ppk.

Though a languishing bum at posting lately, I too am grateful for the PPK, and even more thankful for the privilege of living with Desdemona and sharing in her wonderful food and her wonderful love. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Thank you, Invictus, for your service. I am thankful my military guy is home this year! I am thankful for carrots and beets and this community! And bicycles.
And cats! And dogs and bunnies even though I don't yet have a bunny.

I'm thankful that my lil Angus kitteh is still with me and enjoying a decent quality of life.
I'm thankful that I have a dry roof over my head, oil in the tank for the winter & food in the cupboards.
I'm thankful for the couple of close, very decent, lovely RL friends I have and the many lovely, funny, supportive internet friends I have.
I'm thankful that we have a healthcare system that means my parents don't have to worry about funding for my Dad's cancer treatment which started today.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone (even though we don't have it here) xxx

Thankful for my amazing friends, My wonderful family, and for the fact that my very first vegan thanksgiving turned out to be perfect.

Better late than never...
I'm thankful for:
-the husband who is the glue holding all my broken-ness together
-not being homeless anymore
-yummy vegan food in our stomachs on a consistent basis
-bills paid on time
-the ability to sing and play the ukulele, piano, trumpet and xylophone in a band :)
-the fact we live in San Diego
-the PPK which gives me those ooey-gooey-warm-fuzzy-melted-sugar feelings all up in my gutty works
