Why do hipster coffee places that have a steady vegan clientele get the cheapest damn soy milk available?

At least you have a hipster coffee place with a vegan clientele. I have a born again coffee shop that raises money for missions to poor heathen countries. All they have to do to get warm socks is accept Jesus as their saviour!

I don't think there is anywhere here with steady vegan clientele. I have to go to starbucks to even get a coffee with soymilk.

Yeah, me too, hah. We had a coffee-cart thing in our school and they always had soymilk! Too bad they closed : (

Just bring your own, superior soy milk if it's that big a deal. People used to do that sometimes when I was a barista. One time an American guy asked me to steam some egg nog for him, it was super unpleasant but I'd never seen real egg nog before and was curious so I did it anyway.

Then again, whether or not you can do this also depends on the cafe. I used to do it, but I probably wasn't supposed to. I was just never very good at doing what I was told.

I asked about bringing my own soy milk - nope...I like SB more but since the place to be seen is the hipster place I get invited there a lot...I spend $6 on a vegan so-so muffin and a tiny cup of tea...
