Well fly down to dallas. Nothing good can come from me finishing this wine by myself tonite. Especally since I have to do the Dallas Japan Bakesale tomorrow.

Is it bad to be drunk on a Monday night. I was supposed to study then got all mopey and drank a bit much wine while watching way too much Glee. Boo to break-up induced drinking (I know it was a couple of weeks ago, I think it is just now sinking in)

To look forward to... Wednesday is my last class of grad school (not counting my final next Mon). There will be happy drunkenness that night!

Whooooooa. Sunday night, had some scotch and watched "Enemy at the Gates," which is about the Siege of Stalingrad and snipers and stuff. I am pretty much schnockered. It is a testament to the mighty power of my built-in editor that this post is (totally?) relatively typo-free. If you could see the backspacing you would be appalled. But I am not allowed to post anything that is incorrect.

It wasn't a bad movie-- a little schmaltzy (LOLZ, a Germanic term used to describe a movie about the Soviet Union resisting the Nazi invasion!) but pretty tense, if a bit hackneyed. Still, snipers and tension are good.

Also scotch.

I think my friend and I just drank 1.8 bottles of wine between the two of us.
then we talked about brain chemistry, emotionally abusive relationships, doctor who, and the ethical implications of naming a cat "fish"

Don't do it! Last time I got drunk, it was off straight watermelon vodka. I don't drink anymore, so that should tell you something.

K, so I've yet to ever be drunk, so I report that I'll be the DD for all of you for the next two weeks, at least.

My man friend is saying he wants to be the first to see me drunk, which I'm kind of horrified and entertained at the thought of. Horrified because I don't know what being drunk would cause me to say/do, and entertained because i'm not sure that I'll stay so self contained, and I'll probably forget to guard my tongue like aaaaalways. Debating if I should do it. We've had drinks but never draaaank. And I kinda want him to be the first to see me drunk, too.
