I have been seeing this guy for a while (I believe I've mentioned him before, he is so not my normal type at all) and it's been going really well and feelings have snuck up on me. I am really smitten with him. I do not know when or how this arrived. I feel all mushy about him. And for a change, it is reciprocated! It is rather nice.

Is it wrong to have crushes when you're married?? I would never act on them, but I get crushes a lot.

I am sitting in my crush's apartment (does he really count as a crush at this point when we've been regularly seeing each other for at least a month now, even though we haven't had the relationship talk?) drinking wine and playing Lego Star Wars on the xbox and he bought a vegan pizza for me so that we could have pizza and videogames night.

He is so much sweeter than I am used to and so much less of a broke, pathetic, lost cause, and I am weirded out by the fact that I like someone different from my type, but it is pretty rad.

ANYWAYS. See y'all in the drunk thread, because I am EN ROUTE TO DRUNKSVILLE and also SMOOCHESVILLE because yay for crushes!

NONE OF MY CRUSHES MAKE SENSE. One of them drinks all the time and eats meat. We hung out once and he ate meat right in front of me! One is only a crush because he's old and sweet and shy. One of them would just never, ever work. And one of them just lives really far away...this one is the worst. I would like a crush that makes sense. But I guess nothing ever makes that much sense, really.

Crushes rarely do make sense.

Biker boy and I have been regularly seeing each other for 15 months and have had the relationship talk, but I still have a crush on him. He makes my stomach go all fluttery and sometimes just watching him do whatever makes me sort of giddy. I think if it feels all crush-y good you can still call it a crush.

Oh frig I have a crush when did that happen. I've gotten so used to meeting women on the internet that I'd almost forgotten the whole "being interested in a person I already know" concept. We're going to a concert in a few days. Aaaaahhh.

I want a freaking crush! There is this really nice girl who has a crush on me. I do not have a crush back yet despite the fact that I probably would if I wasn't all depressed and stuff over a relationship that ended 5 freaking months ago. Considering the relationship was not even 17months, this is a significant amount of time to still be stuck on someone, still crying on someone. I want someone to crush on who isn't my freaking ex...What is my problem? I was doing so well for awhile and then just collapsed over the last few weeks.

Ok this is supposed to be a happy thread. Maybe we need a relationship whiners thread.

Interrobang, wanna skype? Cuz I know if we skyped I'd get the biggest crush on you. I know, I should already have one! See what kind of funk I'm in!

Dude, break-ups are super hard! I was with someone for a year and a half and we broke up 9 months ago and I still have so many feelings about it. Then I was with someone for less than 6 weeks and we broke up almost 5 months ago and guess what? I have lots of feelings about that too! (It was also super super intense and then super shitty.) I think it's normal to take time to heal. Or at least I hope so or else I'm totally broken.
