At least I stopped caring about my crush after running into my ex while out and having an awkward conversation and leaving the club crying and then sending her a bunch of stupid texts about my feelings. Drunkmotional is probably the only word that sums it up. I didn't mean to offend you, I'm sorry. I just meant that I have been there and it is an excellent word to sum it all up.

So, I had my first date in a long time tonight. I am crushing pretty hard. He's adorable and an archaeologist and super nice. I truly forgot what this felt like because it's been so damn long. No awkward silences. Super great conversations. I likes.

I'm kind of bummed. I was hoping I'd be able to meet new people through my job, but it doesn't seem like that's going to be possible. I just started at a grocery store. They have me stocking shelves on my own all day, so I don't really interact with anybody. The last time I worked at a grocery store I worked as a cashier and chatted with customers and coworkers all the time. So I was hoping it was going to be like that. Oh well. Maybe I'll have to reboot that online dating profile after all.

I work at a grocery store, too, but in a different part. If it weren't for awesome coworkers I'd be a very dull girl.
Crush update: nothing has changed, still crushing on the same two people, will scream if anything awesome happens.

Oh, I work in a deli, which I know sounds awful. It is. But I don't think we're in the same store, it's a pretty small one that I work in!

I'm pretty lucky that the grocery store I work at does not have uniforms. (Just all have to wear matching aprons is all)

It's because the whole draw of the grocery store you work at is the sexy employees and they would lose all their customers if they had to wear dorky uniforms, duh. Though ok some of my NS crushes could probably work a uniform.

Still pining over this person. Really really hoping that he shows up at the next nano write in. He was feeling pretty down about his word count and he might give up but he did say he'd be there, so I really hope he will! Because then I will somehow figure out how to smoothly give him my number. (in which then the ball is in his court, so i can stop freaking out, maybe) But the next write in isn't until Sundaayyyyy and it's far away so he might not show up!! :(

I did have a crush on a coworker (still sort of do anytime I see him), but he's about 17-18 years older with kids who are maybe 13-14 years younger than me. And he has a girlfriend more his age.
