I am not sure where this would be the best place to post so feel free to move.

I have a ton of excess stuff and not a ton of space to put it and I was wondering
how to decide what gets freecycled, donated and trashed.
I used to just throw things in a box and drop them off at the amvets and let them sort it out.
Now that I have joined freecycle even though I have not posted much it sometimes seems better to use that.
I also am trying to save someone the headache of having to decide to sell or pitch my box of crepe.

There's a free section on craigslist.com that might help you too. There's probably more people on that site than freecycle.

if it was me, i would put everything up on freecycle first. maybe give it about a week and see what you get rid of.

i would bring the leftovers to wherever i could to donate. they'll usually tell you what they can take.

anything leftover from that, i would throw out.
