It's only 7:30 and I took some sleeping pills cause I get to take my hubby to the airport at 3:30 in the morning, then drink a gallon of coffee and pray the kids will go to bed early before I go mad. This happens every other month and by the end of the night I am crying cause I think my kids hate me.
next week I should rearrange the spices, for some reason when I unpacked I put them in a cabinet shelf that is too high so I have to get a chair to find anything in the back. now I'm going to have medicated dreams about messy spices, nice.

I've been sitting in bed.
But shortly, I'm going out on a Friday/Saturday night for the first time in...3 weeks!

I went to bed before 8:00 pm. To my defense I have to explain that I got back home from the US yesterday and was super tired. Otherwise I would have gone to bed at about 10 pm.

I studied for a little while and fell asleep on the couch around 9:00. I'm contemplating going to bed now.

Sipping a jagerbomb and trying to find details of a sordid incident that went down in my frat this week on Facebook. You know you want my life.

i'm wishing i had cigarettes, even though i've quit smoking. i can't even get any, since the boyfriend took my car out this evening. i'm annoyed and worried and should just be forking asleep already.

Sleep and dream of the soul chicken sandwich in NYC. Eat many bagels for me. pumpernickel with plain tofu spread. Visions of them dance in your head.

I stayed up all last night, slept all day, and am now lazing around trying to make up for all the writing I was supposed to have been doing. And I'll probably be up all night again tonight, even though I am just as groggy (and grumpy) as I was this morning, since I can't stomach the thought of wasting the whole day...

I went grocery shopping. Turns out, there are many people who shop on Saturday nights and none of them are aware that a cart does, indeed, block the aisle.

Now I'm eating cookies and drinking tea. Fun times.

I bought a vegan calzone to celebrate surviving the GRE subject test this morning and it was SO GODDAMN GOOD. I am gonna be fantasizing about it for weeks, or at least until Thursday when I return to Peace O' Pie for Melisser's book signing and subsequently get another calzone of gloriousness.

Anyways, I inhaled my calzone and I've been watching the Big Bang Theory all night and now I'm drinking wine and watching Stardust and working on my writing.

And wearing piggie slippers.

My life: glamorous!

which i found interesting.

I'm watching LotR and snuggling my puppy FRODO. My Saturday night isn't boring, it's a complete adventure.

I drank a little whiskey, did laundry, and watched two episodes of Firefly. I pretty much have no complaints about my Saturday night. Now I'm watching clips of Tosh.0 online and contemplating sleep.

Shockingly not boring. After I escorted my sleepy/drunk roommate to a cab, I danced the night away with a random stranger, then proceeded to hang out with said stranger until about 4. He walked me to the train, and yet, neither of us asked for any contact info. Oops.

On my walk home from the L (like, nearly 20 blocks), I guess I was visibly "bouncin'" to what I was listening to (Dedication 2 Mixtape), this dude summons me over, puts one of my earbuds in his ear, then proceeds to freestyle rap, down Bedford ave, for about 20 minutes to what I was listening to.

It was a odd night of interesting strangers...

My Saturday night was boring in an awesome way. I stopped doing homework at 9pm and then began to paint (while listening to the cosmopolitan hour!) and then, while waiting for a layer of paint to dry, I lied down on the bed and managed to fall asleep. And slept til 9am. Beautiful!
