Hi Portland! I banned myself from your lovely streets two years ago, as part of my full on West Coast travel hiatus. I was spending all my travel time and budget going to Vancouver, Victoria, Seattle and Portland too frequently, so I banned myself in order to broaden my horizons. It is now two years later, I have traveled many new places, and I'm in Victoria with my sights set on Portland! I'll be there from Halloween until November 6th. I probably don't know any of the new breed of ppk'ers, but let's party!
