I'm looking for a small cottage or vacation rental (just for 2 people) with a full kitchen in Astoria (or the Long Beach Peninsula)
Any suggestions? Places you've stayed that were awesome?

I know I'll have a hard time finding very much vegan food at the coast so I'm just going to cook my own!

Astoria Coffeehouse & Bistro and Columbia Cafe have (limited but tasty) vegan options.

There's a co-op in Long Beach now! No prepared stuff, but I pleasantly surprised to find a coconut ice cream bar.

Yes! We stayed at the Enchanted Cottage in Seaview, WA. We got a pretty good vegan pizza from the Voodoo Room in Astoria (it's next to the Columbian Cafe) and stopped at the co-op grocery store in Long Beach for some provisions.
Also I saw this restaurant called T. Paul's Urban Cafe in Astoria that had a sign in the window saying it had gluten free and vegan menu options, but we didn't have a chance to eat there.
