Where to begin? They have me at house-smoked vegan meats. I'm probably the odd vegan out here but I often just get a sides plate cause I love the veggies. But of course I love the mac & cheese and I love that it's homemade sauce. I might even say it's the best mac & cheese in Portland. The SloRoMoFo (did I get that right?)

I often opt for the Side Plate, too. It is a ridiculously large amount of ridiculously good food for a ridiculously reasonable price.

Another fan of the side plate! Delicious. The macnocheese is so good, and all of it. They also make really good lemonade.

I heard they stopped the STFU puppies. Once, I gave my leftovers to Karla and she forgot about them. That's my input.
I don't go often enough, because it's just too much heavy food for a work day lunch. If there's ever a PPK weekday lunch, let me know, folks!

I freaking love Homegrown Smoker. I used to go at least once a week, but they changed their hours so I can't go anymore and it broke my damn heart. I should check to see if they are open late again.
I love the smoked soycurl sandwich and the chili dog and the macnocheeto if I'm feeling gluttonous.

Those are one of my favorite things about Dove Vivi and until I learn how to use the smoker I inherited, it would be wonderful to find another source.

Yeah, he's said that they'd start being open until 5 around mid-October but I don't think it's happened yet.

Holy funkdaddy. I work 3 blocks from this friggin place and yet I've never even heard of it till now! Must go STAT.
But what to get? Side plate sounds brilliant, Clamwich - very interesting... STFU puppies? Love the name, must get that.

Thanks for all the kind words! We love feeding you folks. Our hours currently remain 11-3 M-F. Look for our new expanded menu to come out soon, some new items added some old ones gone. Hope to see you all, often! Peace!
