Is anything here vegan? There's one en route from PDX to Seattle, and I was wondering if there's anything worth eating there. Or does anyone else have any roadside recommendations along this route?

You can get the spicy anasazi burger in their basket deal with fries and a drink for a decent price. I recommend their seasonal strawberry lemonade!
Just looked at the Burgerville website, here's the ingredients for the burger:
Chez Gourmet Anasazi Bean Patty: Organic Forbidden RiceĀ®, anasazi beans, carrots, rice flour, sweet corn, onions, rice bran, flax seed meal, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, tamari, carageenan, lotus bean gum and honey.

their fries are quite good!
sadly, they don't have Dr. Pepper...
also, most seem to know the word "vegan" and i have found staff to be helpful.
