I am hosting a party for 10 people with the following requirements:
In SF but close enough for two guests to come in from Alameda
Entrees in the $8-15 range
Omnis, veggies and vegans
At least wine, full bar would be nice
It'll be on a Tuesday night in July, but would still like to make reservations
I'm new to the area and am at a loss. Any ideas?

Thank you so much for all the suggestions! We looked into each of them, but settled on B Star. I've only been to Burmese Superstar, but the menu is so similar I'm sure it's great. And they take reservations. AND the prices are so reasonable for the quality of food.
