today my sweetie and i wanted brunch and couldn't think of anything other than souley vegan (already went there this week) and cafe gratitude (where we just went last week). Any suggestions?

Peeple's has weekend brunch! However last time I went they made us pissed. They stated they closed at 4, but actually stopped serving at 3:30, we got there at 3:35...

I went to Herbivore this morning, got the southwestern tofu scramble and it was quite terrible. My goodness, what a waste of food.
When I'm in Oakland/Berkeley, no matter what time of day, it's all about Cafe Colucci Ethiopian. Superb.

I had brunch at Herbivore in Mission a few years back, cold gravy over crappy dry biscuits...

Come on, there's not that many places you can get pancakes and French toast in the city. Scrambles not that bad.
