Well? It's cold as balls. Chime in, Bay Area, tell me it's cold as balls where you are too.

YES. My apartment was so cold earlier. My fingers were freezing. I have consumed so much tea today, and I am afraid to go to the gym tonight because it means going outside.
I know it's still balmy warm compared to back home in New England, but I have become spoiled. This coldness is unacceptable!

WIMPS. Sure, it was 37 degrees this morning, but that's nothing. NOTHING, I tell you! I used to live in a place where it hit MINUS 14!!! Before wind chill! Your nose hair freezes into tiny painful shards and lacerates your sinuses! It was AWESOME. See this? This is my snowblower giving up!

Yes! According to weather.com it "feels like" 38 in Palo Alto. And all I brought with me was a puny sweatshirt, so walking out to my car after work is going to suuuuuck.

It's gonna get down to 36 in SF tonight! It'll only be 37 or 38 when I commute tomorrow!
What is this bullshiitake! I will not stand for this.

This does feel chilly, though. My bike ride tomorrow is going to be coooold.

I'm with Jordan. I was going to complain about the weather but I saw on Facebook that with the windchill it's -50 back home today...

The best part about the cold is that my dog is all snuggly and cuddly all of a sudden.

It's colder in my house than it is outside. But at least my tiny kitty is being much friendlier!

I had to buy full fingered gloves after work yesterday. Biking to work in the morning with thin fingerless gloves sucked pretty hard!

Yesterday morning it was 21 degrees here. Love mountain living.
Of course in Michigan it regularly gets down to -5 so I really shouldn't complain about 21. However, I was much better prepared when I lived there for the cold. Mittens, scarves, hats, big jackets, etc. here I think I can wear a light sweater all year and I should be fine. Oh well, it is 40 right now, so not really cold at all.

Whoo, people I can complain with! I just moved into a new place and conveniently, our heater doesn't work and I've spent the past week freezing my asparagus off. I bought a space heater for the time being but it's been on almost non-stop the whole time so it's already crapping out.

Yeah, our space heater blew a fuse the first time we tried to use it this winter. We haven't bothered trying it again so we haven't had heat at all this winter.

I have a space heater, but it's too small and wussy, even for my tiny apartment. It has been downright freezing in my place lately. The heat is only on for a little while each day, and isn't accomplishing nearly enough in the heating department. I've been considering cooking and baking just to stay warm.

I really loved my crazy fiery wall heater over the last week. I live in a studio and it makes a constant FOOSH!! fire sound. It's like having a dragon keep me warm.

We have three space heaters. One in the garage and two in the house. It's drafty!
Also, is winter over? I am going hiking today, this is awesome.
