I posted about this on facebook, but figured I may as well post here as well. I've organized a beginner bike ride for ladies this Sunday (Feb. 5) starting at 10:30 am. We'll be meeting at Civic Center and then riding up through the wiggle and into Golden Gate Park. I'd like to go all the way to the beach, but we'll see how people are feeling.
This will be a slow, no-drop ride, with no judgment. All fitness levels, abilities, and types of bikes welcome! Bring your bike, helmet, maybe a snack, and maybe your bike lock (in case we decide to get a beer or coffee or something). If you're interested and aren't my friend on facebook, shoot me a PM if you want more information.

This was a lot of fun! We're going to try and keep it going, maybe every 2 weeks or more (though I'm down to ride more often if people want), so I've created a facebook group where we can communicate. If you'd like to join, please shoot me a message on FB, and I'll add you!
