Any of you Santa Cruzans been there yet? I happened to stop by today and thought it was great! I was surprised to see a good size "Vegan Menu", I got a chimichanga the size of my forearm! I saved half for later because I'm feeling thrifty (which is very rare for me), but I really wanted to finish it, it was super good.

I've been to the one in Santa Cruz several times, first based on a recommendation here, then repeat visits to satisfy cravings. The chimichanga is indeed my favorite, though the spinach enchiladas are really yummy too. I also like the simplicity of their beans and rice.
