I found a sushi place in Capitola which has a pretty impressive vegan sushi menu. Everything I had was pretty good -- they used baked tofu and tempeh as well as some creative ingredients like pineapple, basil, cashews aioli, peanut sauce....People were nice too, chef made us a vegan fish taco roll.

Because that's down in Capitola Village and we never go down there. I think I've been there only once, and that was taking the boy and looking for a penny squisher.

I've heard really great stuff about this place in Capitola. It's so close to my house, and I walk the dogs by there all the time. But, unfortunately, I don't really like sushi, so it makes no difference to me. :)
