Hi!
My sister in law is coming to town this weekend, and we were thinking of doing some wine tasting. I wanted to get out of the town a bit, maybe Bonny Doon maybe something more remote. I don't know if Beauregard is vegan or not, but that's one that came up... any other recommendations? Also cheap is good :P
Thanks!

I can't speak to the veganness or not, but I've been to the Beauregard tasting room before and it's really nice. Bonny Doon Vineyard (Winery?) has a tasting room on the west side of town. Their wine is really good but I haven't been to that one (I've been to their old one, before they moved locations). There's two options downtown which are both multi-vineyards: Vino Cruz and Soif. Soif does food too but I'm pretty sure none of it's vegan. It looks nice from the outside though.

Wrath winery in Monterey makes really good wine, but I'm not sure if they're vegan or not.

Thanks! We may go to Beauregard and just chance it (I'm driving anyway).

So we ended up going to Hunter Hill in Soquel which was great. $5 to taste 7 wines, all were good. If you buy a bottle they waive the tasting fee. We brought sandwiches and hung out for lunch after tasting. Cool place.
