I am doing Zahav for lunch on Friday with some friends from work. I will report back, but I am especially looking forward to the laffa bread and hummus and crispy cauliflower...yum! Zahav seemed to be one of the most vegan friendly restaurants participating.

I went to Zahav last year for RW. VERY pleased. It was a fixed, limited menu, but they took care of the non-vegan parts of the vegetarian options. If I recall, they started us off with a sampler thing - probably the Salatim & Hummus With Laffa - which I recommend. I had the spiced eggplant, though I don't recall if it had to be altered. I don't think it did. I do remember that the waiter was superb and answered all our questions. If you're a coffee drinker, get some there. They'll hook you up with some fancy stuff.
