Hi Philly Folks... a weekend trip worth taking! Have any of you made the trip to Sprig and Vine in New Hope, PA yet? Ross used to be the chef at Horizons in Philly and is now thriving on his own in our small town. What a blessing to have him here!! Our little town needed a pure vegetarian (vegan) restaurant in the worst way. It's getting rave reviews from even the local carnivores. :)
