No shelter but I live upstairs in tinytinytiny studio. A su su sudio, if you will. So we can run inside and be cozy...or we can change date/location in advance and not share the 2 seats I have.

Showers aren't in the forecast anymore. It says partly cloudy and 61.

I have a hair appt on Saturday, but I think I should be finished in time to get to the picnic. Or atleast I hope so, otherwise I am going to be stuck at home with a bunch of food I made (not always a bad thing).

I'm 2 hours from DC anyway. I'm trying to figure things. I get paid this week, so I just need to make sure I'll still have money at the end of the month.

I have disposable plates & napkins. Can someone bring utensils? Anyone can bring their own (reusable) stuff if they want, I just don't expect everyone to commit to that.

Also do we want to bring some blankets? Makes it nicer than sitting right on the (really patchy) grass.

I have no idea what food I'm bringing!

Regarding food, I'll know in a few hours what I can bring. I was thinking fruit salad, but that's not a definite.

The only covered outdoor area I know of is at the WaterWorks behind the art museum. Which is a great picnic spot, but not that easy to get to by public transit, I don't think anyway.
