Hey Philly folks! Road trip? I've been working with a restaurant in Jim Thorpe, PA (huh, why? yeah I know) and we're putting on a 10-course vegan dining experience Vegan Cuisine: A Simple Art. You can read about it here.This is was the meal that inspired the event.

I want to go to this soooo badly, but I'll just be finishing up my last final at 8 and there's no way I'd make it back to town in time. Please tell me you're going to be doing another one at some point!!

Nevermind, ignore my previous post. For some reason I was thinking it was this Thursday. I think I'm going to have to come home for this :)
