My current roommate is moving into an artists' collective and I need to fill her room starting Feb 1. Rent is $400/mo, utilities included.
I'm a 24-year-old lady, and the roommate who's staying is a 24-year-old dude. We both have jobs and we're not big partiers. Mostly we keep to ourselves and neither of us is home often.
I'm vegan, the roommate who is staying is not. We don't keep a vegan kitchen but we do keep separate pans for cooking.
