I'm always like, woot it's restaurant week again! And then I don't go to any. List of participating restaurants here.

Thoughts? Do any of these strike you?

OMG. I'm almost sorry I posted this. But if anyone sees anything I missed...

I've always gone with friends to restaurant week and I've called ahead to see if the restaurants can do it for a vegan. Even Le Bec Fin did it for me!! (Though that was a really disappointing meal.) And actually Amada has provided one of the best vegan meals I've ever had. Some restaurants won't bother but if anyone is interested don't hesitate to call the restaurant and ask. We're used to that, right? :)

ETA - what is Cooperage? I've never heard of it but they have vegetarian sausage in one of the courses listed! That's crazy veg friendly compared to the rest of the menus listed!

Also you have to love Farmicia for labeling the vegan options, even for dessert!

Yes, they always seem to be the only place with vegan restaurant week dessert options. I like Farmicia a lot, but like many places that do RW, I am not sure $20/35 is a great deal!

Oh definitely agree. I never spend that much on a regular night! The whole special 'restaurant week' thing really gets people to overlook that fact.

I would actually like to try Audrey Claire. We almost went there for our holiday work lunch, but they are cash only and my boss wasn't into that. They have another restaurant across the street too. Oh and that Pumpkin restaurant looks good. I like anything that is into local organic food. And I'm sure they would be helpful with the vegan thing.

But, I highly doubt I will be participating in Restaurant week this year.
