Soyatoo is a good substitute, it is, but once you've tried the new Airy & Creamy from Alpro, your mouth will explode of whipped creaminess and you don't want to go back to soyatoo. I could totally sub soyatoo in sundaes, the ice cream would help with the after taste, but as a sub for other desserts and pastries, there's no going back. Am so gonna fill my entire luggage with Alpro next time I go to Sweden.
