Stresstastic! I'm in the process of buying a leasehold on a property in Finsbury Park, north London. I decided to call it Lenny's Cafe, Lenny is my nickname with my friends from home and I also liked that it probably would make people think of a rotund middle aged man rather than a freckly, hair-dyed Irish girl.
Anyway, I just wanted to let the lovely people of the PPK know that in maybe six weeks, all going well, I should be up and running, serving vegan deliciousness on Blackstock Road. I'm terrified and excited and need all the good viiiibes I can get!

My best friend lives near Finsbury Park and she's vegan. I will come visit you next time I'm down for a visit and tell all my vegan friends to go too :)

That's great news. I'm sure it will be a success. You will certainly have my custom. I have just started cooking and delivering vegan meals in the same area.
