Hi all. I'm going to an event there next week and have never been before, or anywhere near it. Is there any chance there'll be anything to eat for me either in the venue or around it? I'll probably take something, but just wondered if anyone here had been?

I was out there for two days over a weekend for a volunteering thing and catered my lunch from the small Tesco.

No, it's BETT. It's been at Olympia before but it's moved venue this year. Just going for the day, this time.

I unfortunately have to work at excel a couple of times this year. You can usually find the bugsy sandwich and a vegan salad in one of the little cafes in the middle of the boulevard, but they are REALLY overpriced. One of the little newsagent type shops has vegan flapjacks (and the usual crisps etc).

There's Costas for coffee but i'm not sure if there's much else vegan in the little concessions. I tend to take my own lunch, as I struggle otherwise.

Ah, I've not been to BETT for a few years. I'm at Excel next Thursday for CiscoLive, then probably staying over in London till Friday.

That's the same day I'm there.

I think I'll bring my dinner!!
