There's a breakfast thread here. I stick by Milk Bar & Gallery Cafe as my favourites. I also love InSpiral, they do a great sausage.

There's also a place called G & T in Bethnal Green, I haven't been to yet but I've heard good things about it.

Also, I haven't been to any of them at that time of day but I noticed that last time I was near East Ham a lot of the South Indian vegetarian places there advertise breakfast buffets. They're mostly small places without websites though, so it'd be a bit of a trek out there without knowing opening times or any details. Anyone live near there and know?

I think I recall hearing Milk Bar was no longer doing vegan French toast but there may be other options - perhaps someone else knows more.

My friend told me last night that Domali in Crystsl Palace do vegan breakfasts (sausage, bacon etc) but it's a bit out of the way for most people.
