Hi

I'm thinking about trying to brew some Kombucha and was wondering if anyone in London (or in the UK - can you post it?) had a scoby they could give me to get me started. Or can anyone recommend a good place to buy a starter culture from?

You can grow your own from the floaties in bottled kombucha! fishelle did that with great success.
