I've just had tests & my vitamin D level is extremely low. I need a supplement. Does anyone know a strong vegan vitamin d that you can get over here OR a good one that you can get mail order. Please!
Thank you

Vitashine is. It's lichen derived. http://jacknorrisrd.com/vegan-d3-apparently-so/

I currently take Viridian D2 tablets, which are 1,000IU a piece. I'm meant to get plenty of D vits 'cause of a thing I have. I take 2 a day. It seems to be doing its thing, I mean my levels are good and stuff.

The one I take is D3 and vegan. Granted I forget to take it most of the time.
This is it.

Thanks for that Daisychain. I ordered the vitashine d3 & they are supposed to have arrived 2 days ago! I've just emailed the supplier. If I don't get anywhere with that then I'll try the ones you use.
My multi vit has D2 in it but its obviously not been enough so my thinking is if I get vegan vitamin d3 & keep taking my normal multi vit it will hopefully bring my levels up.

I use the Vitashine D3, and really like it - they also have a vegan Omega 3 supplement now which my other half takes because he is paranoid about his joints. I get mine from bodykind.co.uk and have never had issue with their service x

So is it only the spray that's available in the UK from Vitashine?

I contacted Bodykind who were supplying my vitashine tablets. They say they have sent the order but that if it doesn't arrive they will have to refund me because they can't get the tablets anymore as they can't get it from their suppliers...

No, I take the tablets.

Do you buy them from the place that vegimator linked or somewhere else? When I click on that link, it shows both but only gives the spray as an option.

ETA - Never mind, they seem to have all the options now. I don't know what was happening the last few times I checked.

Thought I'd Vit D update as it's getting to the dark days!
My vitashine capsules eventually arrived. Once I'd finished them I went onto the Source of life capsules that Daisychain gave a link for. (They are huge! I much prefer vitashine & they work out cheaper!)
Had my levels checked again. Gone from below 30 (very bad) to 95 (good!)
There is an offer on 3 for 2 which should be enough to get you through winter.
