I'm putting this here rather than in the living room as I want specifically UK recommendations. Can anyone recommend me something to read regularly which
focuses on food/climate/green/left type issues. Preferably printed but online is fine. I have picked up a couple of things but just when I think they are OK they go all
woo in their health stuff, which I don't want. I don't exactly know what I'm looking for until I see it, but interesting and thought provoking articles. Thanks!

Peace News comes out monthly and is pretty good.

I'm not aware of any one publication that covers all of those topics (would be interested to hear of one), so here's some of the online info I follow, not all vegan :(

Guardian environmental section

Greenpeace UK on FB

GM Watch

Fife Diet

Scottish Greens

Slow Food UK

Chools

I also read Private Eye from time to time, which often has interesting stories that most mainstream media doesn't cover, and I seem to remember New Internationalist being quite good, although I've not read it in years.

The Permaculture magazine comes out quarterly.

I was going to suggest this or Ethical Consumer.

Thanks all. I'll have a look at some of them and try and remember to report back.
