I'm just spreading the word about my new favourite chocolatier, Considerit Chocolates. I got some stuff from her today and it's amazing. I blogged about it here. If you're in Edinburgh on a Saturday, definitely get to the Grassmarket and get some chocolates. And if you're not in Edinburgh, order some stuff from her website - it is totally worth it.

I am so easily led astray ... I have just ordered a box of the truffles (the alcoholic ones) and a cinnamon-pecan bar ...

I'm very tempted - those truffles look amazing! I've been wanting to try out a new vegan chocolate (kind of sick of Plamil/Divine etc at the moment).

They were at the LABL fair in Liverpool and the chocolate was amazing! We're thinking about ordering our wedding favours there!

Yes! They are so good! I bought a box of truffles and one of the amaretto bars a few weeks ago and was really impressed! I'm going to order boxes to give to people for Christmas I think.
I definitely recommend splashing out and treating yourself if you are a chocolate lover and miss being able to eat truffley, filled chocolates. Mmmmm... now I need chocolate.

My order arrived! I unselfishly took it into work where it astonished some of the staff who think I am a diet crank! (imagine that) ... TWO of them took the wrappers to take home to place orders for themselves ...

it is lush stuff .....

Interesting!

The truffles from these people were pretty amazing too, I got some at London Vegfest. http://www.the-chocolatier.co.uk/#!vegan/c1ux0
AND they are lower in calories than most truffles! http://www.the-chocolatier.co.uk/#!The- ... /image1vou
Postage is a bit steep though.

They had me at "mixed box contains salted caramel". I'm totally buying several of these for holiday presents (and one just for me!)

I've ordered some too!

The postage charges are putting me off ordering from The Chocolatier but amongst the other yummy flavours (like chilli lime, salt lime and beetroot, hazelnut & vinegar) they have dark salted caramel, smoked dark salted caramel and dark salted caramel spread! http://www.the-chocolatier.co.uk/#!prod ... mel-spread

We ordered a box of each and they were very nice. The only difference between the alcoholic and non alcoholic ones was that the non alcoholic one had four salted caramels instead of two and no amaretto truffles.

I got some of their chocolate at the Glasgow Vegan Fair on the weekend and it's so good! Very impressed.

I think Nick's ordering me some of these for Christmas. I'm very excited, I hope he throws some Sea Salt Caramel stuff into the order!

I just ate an entire salted caramel truffle bar because it was too messy to save half (which I usually do with their truffle bars). I'm not sad. Also, that means I'm out of chocolate, so I have to go get more tomorrow!

Ooh, I'm actually going to be in the Grassmarket anyway this weekend. I might have to get some more :)

They had hot chocolate at the stall today, and it was incredible. She said she makes it with the truffle ganache. She's looking into a way to package it to sell.

I'm going to admit that I was a bit disappointed when my order arrived - the box is teeny. Not much bigger than the large bar in size. That said, I've taken a chunk out of the vanilla truffle bar and it's truly amazeballs, so I'm hopeful that the box will also fall into the expensive but totally worth it category.

I've started getting the monthly chocolate subscription box from Considerit and so far I'm impressed. The sea salt and caramel chocolate bar has to be my favourite so far!
