Hi. Made my first nutroast on sat for Xmas day. I baked it for the 20 mins. On Xmas day how do I cook? Do you defrost it first, cook from frozen, or nuke in microwave?

Depends partly on the recipe. If it contains any rice then I'd want to make sure it was thoroughly cooked/reheated, but I would defrost it first and then cook/reheat (defrosting means it will need less reheating) and maybe keep it covered with the likes of parchment to help stop it drying out

Yeah, I defrost mine first, then just heat it through in the oven.
