Updated Starbucks list! Sadly, the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap isn't vegan. I was lied to last year! Which means I passed on bad info to you guys, and that sucks. I hope no one had too many of them (unfortunately, I had about one per week all last summer). And yes, they really did put bananas on their vegan list.

Drinks:
Tazo Tea
Filter Coffee
Café Misto with Soy
Steamed Soy with or without syrups
Espresso
Espresso Macchiato with Soy
Café Americano black or with Soy
Soy Lattes with or without syrups
Soy Cappuccinos with or without syrups
Mocha with Soy
Classic Hot chocolate with Soy
Tea based Frappuccinos
Frappuccinos made with Soy milk without whipped cream (excluding our Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino due to the Chocolate Chips in the beverage recipe as they contain dairy. Our Caramel Drizzle topping is also not suitable for vegans as it contains dairy.)

Food:
Perfect Porridge with Soy Milk and dried fruit
Very Berry Compote
Fresh Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad
Fairtrade Banana
Roasted Almonds
Nut Mix
Fairtrade Chocolate bar – dark
Sea Salt Potato Chips
Sea Salt and Cider Vinegar Potato Chips
Lollipops
After Coffee Mints

Sorry to bump this thread, but, if you haven't tried the Marks & Spencer soy and balsamic sweet potato crisps, you need to get on it! They also have purple potato crisps! Purple!

I spotted them today but they only had 1 slightly crushed looking bag so I'll try 'em another time. I did get a bag of salt & pepper kale chips and some beetroot vinaigrette crisps though, gonna tuck into them later!

Ahhh, I saw those and really wanted to buy them but was loathed to pay £2 for a tiny packet. Are they worth the money?

I enjoyed them (I did not enjoy the beetroot crisps!) but I also thought £2 was cheap compared to the price of Inspiral kale chips!

Jojo I'll have to look at the sushi next time I'm in; I can't remember what vegetables there were except for cucumber. I had a quick look online to jog my memory and it was this brand
http://www.waitrose.com/shop/DisplayProductFlyout?productId=24166#.U3cXMk1eHIU but I don't know how I managed to remember six veg rolls as being two. Either I wasn't paying nearly enough attention to my food or they have a slightly different version in different stores.

It sounds ridiculous but I'm glad they put bananas on the vegan list. I was bored sitting on a train once so I started reading a leaflet listing the food you could buy from the on train shop. It labelled the vegetarian items and at first I was getting more and more incredulous at what wasn't veg: 'What an earth are they putting in their fruit salad?" etc. Eventually I realised that only the 'meals' section of the leaflet bothered to mark if something was veg or not; the snacks and drinks didn't. I think the drinks not being labelled is fair enough, if they're only labelling vegetarian things, not vegan, and not offering Bovril or something, but the snacks thing annoyed me. There were definitely non-vegetarian snacks like sweets with gelatine in and I think some sort of meaty snack bites.

aww, that's okay. maybe their recipe was vegan last year and now it's not?

that's good news about all the rest of the frappuccinos though! time to try the mocha coconut one while they're still doing the half-price happy hour!

ASDA reduced fat salad cream is now vegan again! I emailed them over a year ago enquiring about it because they had changed the recipe. They said they had changed the manufacturer and would be aim to get it back to the original recipe.
I thought I'd check the other day, and it's back to the vegan recipe!

I feel sure I've heard people say (here?) that Co-op custard doughnuts are vegan. I tried to have a look to check last time I was in, but they all had labels covering the ingredients list. Does anyone know? Is this all just a happy dream I had?

Thank you for posting this -- I thought there could be no way the custard ones were vegan, how crazy!!

I'm sure there was something recently on the uk vegans facebook page saying the custard donuts are actually not vegan as they've got milk in. I'll try and find it.

My mom's friend rang her the other day saying she had a fruit she hadn't tried before that she wanted to share, but wanted to double check with her first if it was vegan.

Found Vimto bonbons in Poundland today, they're marked vegetarian and the ingredients looked okay to me, and soya is the only stated allergen. They weren't sensational but there were quite nice, and tasted like Vimto (I don't buy the actual drink any more since they started adding artificial sweetener - I can't stand the thin taste of drinks with sweeteners in).

Apparently the glazed and pink iced ring donuts in Lidl are vegan. Someone on the local FB group posted confirmation from them. I got some today. The glazed aren't great - a bit dry - but the iced ring ones are pretty good. I didn't actually see any there, but the jam donuts are NOT sfv.

I recently discovered that Starburst sweets don't have any animal ingredients listed, the packaging says suitable for vegetarians and there are no other dubious ingredients. :)

Not helpful really but Frosties still seem to be vegan in Thailand, glad the D vit's haven't made it this far yet.

In other news I would kill for a raspberry ruffle or two right now!

Spotted a new Mackies mint chocolate bar in Tesco today, which appears to be vegan despite the fact that it doesn't even state 'vegetarian' on the pack and it has a drawing of a cow on the front.

Ingredients: Ghananian Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Natural Madagascan Vanilla Flavouring, Natural Scottish Mint Extract, Peppermint Oil, Minimum Cocoa Solids 70%

It's a 100g bar for £1.85. I was leaving the shop as I saw it, but will pick it up later this week.

Thanks for the heads up, this saved a very hungry Rosie after work the other day....I normally wouldn't have bothered looking in a pastie section as it's usually full of gross stuff.

Ughhhhh. I just saw a new(?) ingredient list for all of Lidl's baked goods. The pink ring donuts are no longer vegan! Not only that, they contain shellac! They looked, smelled and tasted different the last time I bought them. I knew I shouldn't have trusted them!
