For anyone who can't get nooch, there's a shop called vit-shop.co.uk that has the B12-fortified stuff for £2.62 (or less if you buy more). You have to pay shipping, but it's a good price if you can't get it nearby.

Yes, they're 99p in Infinity too, I think it's because they're a new recipe. Nick's kinda in love with them so I bought 8 packs this week! I LOVE THEM SO BAD. So bad.

Not specifically vegan, but Asda have got some big serving spoons, like school canteen serving spoons (perfect for dolloping out excessive portions of pumpkin ziti) for £1.

Holland & Barrett have a 'penny sale' on right now, which is basically buy one get one for a penny. I bought 2 bottles of flaxseed tablets..... I think vegan multivitamins were in the sale too.

My friend just texted to tell me he'd got some of vegan Birkenstocks in TK Maxx for £25. TK Maxx is notoriously random but its got to be worth keeping an eye out.

I don't know if any of you use the Holland and Barrets vegan multivitamins but they are £2.85 for 60 at the minute, so I am going to try them out. They seem exactly the same as the other brands I compared them to.

Sainsbury's have Alpro soya milk in tetra packs on sale 2/£1.50, and they have Weetabix Chocolate Chip Crispy Minis 2/£3. I just saved 20% on my online order - it was awesome!

If you have a Nisa local cornershop, they have Wholebake flapjack bites bags (cherry or apple flavour) at a quid a pop.

It took me years of searching to find some that didn't list beeswax in the ingredients; but they do - they just weaseled around it. I don't suppose you know of any vegan jelly beans?

E-numbers can be so annoying! I have an app called Vegetarian Scanner on my phone which has lists of a the e-numbers & ticks or crosses depending on whether they're vegan or not. The M&S jelly beans in this pic' are vegan http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-o6S2jVO5o20/T ... racle1.jpgI would assume that means M&S have other vegan jelly beans but I haven't checked.

Graham wrote: I take it bugs are farmed to produce shellac...? I assume so, I saw one of those 'how do they make it' shows about Shellac & they showed them scraping the bugs off the bushes & then tossing them about on large trays in the sun until they burnt & died. After that they're crushed to become the red dye they put in the food. Gross.
