Just noticed that they sell this in Low Carb Megastore, alongside their usual wheat gluten and some intriguing and barf sounding powdered tofu stuff. Expensive, but if anyone was desparate for some it's there.

I was hoping this would be the stuff that can be whipped. The tofu power stuff sounds interesting for hot chocolate mixes IF if actually works.
